Great service! I was quickly quoted for carpet cleaning, that fit my specific needs. They have great response times and message you as soon as you inquire for a quote and ask questions to tailor to your needs. The carpets are now refreshed and smell great. Showed up on time and went above and beyond! Unsure of our technician’s name but he had clearly done this before. Our expensive wool rug looks brand new and they were able to get multiple pet stains out. Definitely recommend.

Chicago Carpet Care did a fantastic job! They were very responsive to my request for a quote, their pricing was more than fair, they were communicative up to their arrival and most importantly did an amazing job. I moved into a furnished apartment that had been previously owned by a very very messy cat owner and my allergies were terrible.
