After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Chicago Carpet Care to clean the community hallways in our Lincoln Park building (both carpets and entryway tile). There were two things that really make them exceptional 1) Customer Service - very responsive and friendly. This is a family-owned company and that comes through in the customer service, which is refreshing. 2) Quality - detail oriented and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you are in the Chicagoland and looking for carpet cleaning services.

I was just very satisfied with what they did and am happy to be able to use my couch again. My dog had tried to convert it into her new bed but thankfully these guys saved the day.
