After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Chicago Carpet Care to clean the community hallways in our Lincoln Park building (both carpets and entryway tile). There were two things that really make them exceptional 1) Customer Service - very responsive and friendly. This is a family-owned company and that comes through in the customer service, which is refreshing. 2) Quality - detail oriented and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you are in the Chicagoland and looking for carpet cleaning services.
from the initial phone call, scheduling, appointment confirmation, a 15 minutes "heads up" and the actual job...THIS was a great experience. Chicago Carpet Care has done 3 more jobs for us and 2 coming next week. you can't go wrong!

I called stanley steamer to get some carpets cleaned in my condo. Everything seemed good until they started nickle and diming me about how they priced small jobs. Decided to call Chicago Carpet Care for a second quote. They did the same job for $50 less with no frivolous upselling! They came when they said they would, communicated well and did a good job cleaning. Would recommend.
