Super quick and super friendly! Chicago Carpet Care did and enzyme treatment on the carpet of an apartment we just moved into, which previously had cats. I’m allergic and was sneezing real bad, but after they cleaned I haven’t sneezed once!

They responded quickly when I asked for a quote and set up the appointment within the week at a time that was good for us Denis was on time, even cleaned the wheels of his machine before he brought it into the house. Showed up on time and went above and beyond! Unsure of our technician’s name but he had clearly done this before. Our expensive wool rug looks brand new and they were able to get multiple pet stains out. Definitely recommend.
I had SN clean my large living rug and my vintage upholstered chairs. They did a great job and were super fast and efficient. My technician Denis was kind and professional and very considerate of my home and dog. The prices were very reasonable and they were able to schedule my appointment quickly, I would definitely use them again!
