Chicago Carpet Care fit me in last minute and came to my home the same day to clean an area rug my pup had an accident on. They are professional and made sure I was satisfied with the result. From the receptionist who answered the phone to see if they can fit me in to the technician and then the follow up the next day. Everything went smoothly and it was very convenient, I will definitely use them again!
Would highly recommend! Did a fabulous job with the carpets, removed all of our stains and pet odors and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Also charged a great price! Will definitely be using them again next time we need our carpets cleaned!
Contacted the company 02/02/2022 for cleaning of my king sized mattress they were there same day and my Mattress is about 2 years old, looks and feels brand new! Def would use again and recommend
After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Chicago Carpet Care to clean the community hallways in our Lincoln Park building (both carpets and entryway tile). There were two things that really make them exceptional 1) Customer Service - very responsive and friendly. This is a family-owned company and that comes through in the customer service, which is refreshing. 2) Quality - detail oriented and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you are in the Chicagoland and looking for carpet cleaning services.
