Prompt arrival and good communication beforehand. The technician was friendly and thorough. He showed us the amount of grime from the bathroom tile which made me wish I called sooner. Good value for 2 beds, 2 baths, and living room rug.
Not kidding when I say that I thought we might have to replace our area rugs. They were sooo dirty from being long-time pet owners. As a last ditch resort, I contacted Chicago Carpet Care. VERY pleased with the results. Now we can keep these rugs for far longer. Super nice guy; prompt; efficient!
I hired Chicago Carpet Care to deep clean and deodorizer my couch and 2 ottomans. I have used them before and they did another great job. George was very professional and communicative. I also was able to get an estimate quickly and easily. I highly recommend their services as they are good at what they do and was impressed with the quality of work. I will absolutely hire them again in the future if I do this work.

After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Chicago Carpet Care to clean the community hallways in our Lincoln Park building (both carpets and entryway tile). There were two things that really make them exceptional 1) Customer Service - very responsive and friendly. This is a family-owned company and that comes through in the customer service, which is refreshing. 2) Quality - detail oriented and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you are in the Chicagoland and looking for carpet cleaning services.
