Will certainly be a repeat customer. I called-- great rates-- they had an appointment available the following week. The man that came was so nice. I have an XL lazy dog that doesn't even get up when people come over. I forgot to mention the dog (his size can be startling), but they were buddies within minutes. Surprisingly happy with the service, I live on the third floor in a three-flat on a busy street. It was no issue, and my two carpets + rug look so nice!! I didn't even really need one of the carpets cleaned bc it was just installed last year, but figured I might as well-- I may have been wrong bc even the new carpet in a low-traffic area was noticeably cleaner.
This was my first time using CCC and I randomly found them on Google after doing a search. Sent an email, was responded to within the hour and set up an EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE package to have 2 couches and a mattress that were handed down to me cleaned. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to book an appointment, less than 48hrs after my inquiry. The cleaner arrived within the time frame stated and quickly got to work, it probably took less less 4 hrs for them to get everything done and the entire house smelled amazing for like 2 days after. This was some of the best cleaning work I've ever seen and I'm really grateful I found such a timely, professional and cost effective company to do business with. Have already recommended them to several family members and coworkers as I hope business expands and they receive a tone of support. Thank you folks!
I had Chicago Carpet Care come out this weekend to professionally clean two mattresses. The technician was extremely professional and friendly. He completed the job in a timely manner and the mattresses looked close to the day we purchased them after his service. Definitely worth the money and will be recommending Chicago Carpet Care to family and friends in the future.
Very reasonable price. They responded quickly when I asked for a quote and set up the appointment within the week at a time that was good for us Denis was on time, even cleaned the wheels of his machine before he brought it into the house. Did a great job within the time quoted. Would definitely recommend this company and Denis A good experience!
Great experience! Called to get an estimate which was very reasonable compared to other carpet cleaners in my area. They offered a few different options of cleaning services but weren't pushy, which I appreciate. They had availability within the same week. They were professional and did a great job! Definitely would recommend 🙂
