Service person arrived early and went right to work, working hard. He informed of how to cut drying time and showed me how much dirt he got out of the pieces cleaned.

Chicago Carpet Care did a fantastic job! They were very responsive to my request for a quote, their pricing was more than fair, they were communicative up to their arrival and most importantly did an amazing job.
