Great experience! Called to get an estimate which was very reasonable compared to other carpet cleaners in my area. They offered a few different options of cleaning services but weren't pushy, which I appreciate. They had availability within the same week. They were professional and did a great job! Definitely would recommend 🙂

I can't recommend Chicago Carpet Care enough! We recently had some pet accidents on our carpets, and let's just say, things weren't smelling fresh. Chicago Carpet Care came in and completely transformed our carpets. All the stains are gone, and the nasty odors are a thing of the past. The technician was fantastic – really friendly and explained everything they were doing. Our carpets look (and smell) brand new again! If you're looking for a top-notch carpet cleaning service, definitely hire them!
Chicago Carpet Care is great!! Very punctual and responsive! The price is very appropriate for the work they provide. They were so easy to work with and get something scheduled asap! We were very happy with the results. They cleaned 8 dining chairs for us and 2 mattresses! I would 100% use them again and definitely recommend them.
