Customer service is great and very responsive. The guy who came to clean my rugs and furniture was very honest and did a good job cleaning my stuff. Most stains and discolorations were able to be cleaned. Very positive experience overall.
They were quick to respond, were able to schedule within a day, and they did great work. Our old sectional couch looks good as new.
