The team at Chicago Carpet Care was extremely responsive and accommodating. They got back to me with a competitive quote right away & were flexible when we had to reschedule the appointment just 2 days out. We got an 8ft couch out of storage - it was dusty and had dander flying from it. After getting it cleaned, it smells fresh, is comfortable, and no more flyaways!
