I called to get pricing on their services, and once I decided I wanted to use them I called back. They were able to fit me in two days later.Then actually showed up early, and did a really great job. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly use them again for all my carpet cleaning needs.
I want to say that the service that we received via Chicago Carpet Care was great. The tech was very corgial, smart and worked very hard. He left us with 3 rooms looking like they were newly carpeted!

Contacted the company 02/02/2022 for cleaning of my king sized mattress they were there same day and my Mattress is about 2 years old, looks and feels brand new! Def would use again and recommend
