I hired Chicago Carpet Care to deep clean and deodorizer my couch and 2 ottomans. I have used them before and they did another great job. George was very professional and communicative. I also was able to get an estimate quickly and easily. I highly recommend their services as they are good at what they do and was impressed with the quality of work. I will absolutely hire them again in the future if I do this work.
My dog had a sever allergic reaction to a carpet cleaner I’d used on my own, so I had CCC come out to help fix the problem. I contacted them through the website and they responded within an hour! Very shortly we had an appointment for the NEXT DAY. Pavel was great! He understood my issue and was very thorough. The cleaning took less than an hour, and I’m very satisfied with the service!
Super quick and super friendly! Chicago Carpet Care did and enzyme treatment on the carpet of an apartment we just moved into, which previously had cats. I’m allergic and was sneezing real bad, but after they cleaned I haven’t sneezed once!

Sent an email, was responded to within the hour and set up an EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE package to have 2 couches and a mattress that were handed down to me cleaned. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to book an appointment, less than 48hrs after my inquiry. The cleaner arrived within the time frame stated and quickly got to work, it probably took less less 4 hrs for them to get everything done and the entire house smelled amazing for like 2 days after. This was some of the best cleaning work I've ever seen and I'm really grateful I found such a timely, professional and cost effective company to do business with.
