The team at Chicago Carpet Care was extremely responsive and accommodating. They got back to me with a competitive quote right away & were flexible when we had to reschedule the appointment just 2 days out. We got an 8ft couch out of storage - it was dusty and had dander flying from it. After getting it cleaned, it smells fresh, is comfortable, and no more flyaways! I would definitely use Chicago Carpet Care again.

After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Chicago Carpet Care to clean the community hallways in our Lincoln Park building (both carpets and entryway tile). There were two things that really make them exceptional 1) Customer Service - very responsive and friendly. This is a family-owned company and that comes through in the customer service, which is refreshing. 2) Quality - detail oriented and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you are in the Chicagoland and looking for carpet cleaning services.
from the initial phone call, scheduling, appointment confirmation, a 15 minutes "heads up" and the actual job...THIS was a great experience. Chicago Carpet Care has done 3 more jobs for us and 2 coming next week. you can't go wrong!
