Not kidding when I say that I thought we might have to replace our area rugs. They were sooo dirty from being long-time pet owners. As a last ditch resort, I contacted Chicago Carpet Care. VERY pleased with the results. Now we can keep these rugs for far longer. Super nice guy; prompt; efficient!
Prompt arrival and good communication beforehand. The technician was friendly and thorough. He showed us the amount of grime from the bathroom tile which made me wish I called sooner. Good value for 2 beds, 2 baths, and living room rug.

Great service! I was quickly quoted for carpet cleaning, that fit my specific needs. They have great response times and message you as soon as you inquire for a quote and ask questions to tailor to your needs. The carpets are now refreshed and smell great. Would highly recommend! Did a fabulous job with the carpets, removed all of our stains and pet odors and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Also charged a great price! Will definitely be using them again next time we need our carpets cleaned!
