Very happy with Chicago Carpet Care. They responded to my inquiry within minutes (on a holiday no less) and I had them scheduled for 2 days later. Their technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. They successfully restored our wool fabric couch removing a child’s vomit stain and smell.
