Great service! I was quickly quoted for carpet cleaning, that fit my specific needs. They have great response times and message you as soon as you inquire for a quote and ask questions to tailor to your needs. The carpets are now refreshed and smell great. The gentleman who came out to clean was very friendly and made sure he explained the cleaning process and aftercare. Highly recommend Chicago Carpet Care!
I called stanley steamer to get some carpets cleaned in my condo. Everything seemed good until they started nickle and diming me about how they priced small jobs. Decided to call Chicago Carpet Care for a second quote. They did the same job for $50 less with no frivolous upselling! They came when they said they would, communicated well and did a good job cleaning. Would recommend.
I want to say that the service that we received via Chicago Carpet Care was great. The tech was very corgial, smart and worked very hard. He left us with 3 rooms looking like they were newly carpeted!
Service person arrived early and went right to work, working hard. He informed of how to cut drying time and showed me how much dirt he got out of the pieces cleaned.
They did a great job and were flexible with my schedule. Their service is definitely worth what they charge!
